There's been a lot of hype around Mafia: Definitive Edition since screenshots of the remake were unveiled last month, and now we've been treated to the game's first trailer.

Revealed as part of the PC Gaming Show 2020, the trailer is purely story focused, highlighting the narrative centred around protagonist Tommy Angelo. Interestingly, a "worldwide gameplay debut" of the title was also originally set to feature as part of IGN's Summer of Gaming event on June 15, but no longer appears in the schedule.

Based on what we've seen so far, we think it's looking very nice indeed! Mafia: Definitive Edition officially releases as part of the Mafia: Trilogy (and standalone) on August 28, 2020, and is being re-made from the ground up with an expanded story, gameplay and original score.
