EA has confirmed that EA Sports will "lead" for the company on Xbox Series X later this year. Speaking during yesterday's earnings call, CEO Andrew Wilson noted that EA will reveal more details about "the breakthroughs in those experiences" in the near future (thanks Gamespot).
"EA Sports will also lead for us on the next-generation consoles this year, and we're excited to share more about the breakthroughs in those experiences soon."
It was mentioned during the call that FIFA 21 and Madden NFL 21 will first be releasing during Fiscal Q2 (July to September), while NHL 21 is targeting October to December. There's also another unannounced game in the works that EA says it's bringing back from the past, so who knows - maybe Fight Night? UFC? We'll see.
The dates above could just be referring to the Xbox One versions of these games, so we'll need to wait a little longer to find out more. Fortunately, EA is holding an upcoming event called 'EA Play Live' on June 12th, so we're expecting to learn new details on FIFA 21, Madden NFL 21 and NHL 21 in the very near future.
Which EA Sports title are you most excited to play on Xbox Series X? Let us know in the comments.

It would be newsworthy if EA sports games were skipping an Xbox console.
Can't wait to see NHL on next gen
I actually play Madden with a buddy of mine quite a bit, so I am glad to hear that will be possible again this year.
Would be shocked if they werent! Sports games are always a staple of console launches (Except Nintendo most times)
NHL 21. Hope it includes a new engine for the series. Maybe Frostbite?
