DOOM: The Dark Ages: All Weapons & Locations
Melee Weapons
Power Gauntlet - Chapter 1
You'll be introduced to this upgradeable power-puncher during the opening tutorial areas of the game. The power gauntlet can hold up to three melee charges that give you combos to work with, and punching enemies will net you ammo.
Flail - Chapter 6
What would the dark ages be without a big metal ball with spikes on it to leather into your enemy's faces?
You'll find the flail awaiting you in chapter 6, and again this weapon can be upgraded to fairly devastating effect, with AOE damage and tons of armour damage to boot.
Dreadmace - Chapter 15
The Dreadmace comes into proceedings fairly late in the day - during the events of chapter 15 - but it's well worth the wait, as it packs a serious punch. While slow, the wind-up is worth the hurt it causes.

Standard Weapons
Combat Shotgun - From Start
No introduction necessary to this bad boy, and it comes equipped from the get-go, so no need to pause the ripping and/or tearing.

Shredder - Chapter 1
A fully automatic weapon, you'll nab this unmissable weapon as part of an intro mission which sees you take out three demonic portals. The shredder is a mid-range monster that fires jagged barbs and it can be upgraded, as with all the other weapons in the game, through various channels for extra effects.
Shield Saw - Chapter 2
The shield is a big help in terms of defense, but once you nab this offensive add-on during chapter 2, the whole game changes, as you can zip to targets and fire off blades to do big damage. The saw also dishes out pincushion damage. Explodey!
Accelerator - Chapter 2
The accelerator is a rapid-fire armour destroyer that's also great for crowd control as it hammers home damage really quickly, so smaller foes stand little chance.

Pulveriser - Chapter 4
One of the best looking weapons in the game, this skull-crushing monstrosity arrives not a moment too soon in chapter 4.

Impaler - Chapter 4
Another brutal addition to your armoury, the Impaler...well it impales, you see, and acts as your sniper weapon of sorts. Slow, long-ranged, incredibly powerful.
Cycler - Chapter 5
Another gun that's great for taking down bothersome smaller foes and armour. This one shows up during the events of chapter 5.
Super Shotgun - Chapter 5
You know, because the other one isn't quite efficient enough at blowing things into thousands of bloody chunks. There's a noticeable power upgrade here, as this super variant absolutely rubbishes anything that isn't huge.
Chainshot - Chapter 6
Firing out a big long chain full of hurt, this weapon sends out one heavy-ass shot of damage at a time via an upgradeable ball on...well...a chain, innit.
Grenade Launcher - Chapter 6
It's a grenade launcher with bouncing grenade ammo. Guaranteed to singe your hair and/or trousers when used.

Rocket Launcher - Chapter 10
This beast of a one-shot killing machine can wipe the floor with crowds and does much the same to even big boy enemies.
Ravager - Chapter 12
This gun outputs a ferociously fast stream of fire that takes the skull-crushing fun of the Pulveriser and adds more power.

Ballistic Force Crossbow - Chapter 14
A crossbow with the stopping power of a large gun. What's not to love?
