Hi, I'm new here so please be gentle with me. My 11yr old has just got a xbox one x after having a ps4 for the last couple of years. He plays online fortnite, rocket league etc and has a turtle beach headset. He's never had any problems while using it on the ps4 but while using it on his xbox his friend's are complaining that they can here his game sounds Inc button presses etc but struggle to hear him. I've looked through and tried adjusting any settings I feel might be relevant but have not managed to achieve anything. Is there anybody that has had similar or knows of any issue's at all please?
