Just a quick question about transferring. I recently transferred my stuff from my old 360 hard drive to my slim model. My question is when transferring is the old hard drive wiped clean?

@KenB: Thats great to know I was just about to hook the hard drive back up to my old Xbox just to check. Now I can give it to a coworker of mine without worrying that some of my info will be on it.

when i upgraded my old 60gb hdd to a 250gb hdd it was completely wiped and i gave that to my friend to replace his broken one and we checked it on his 360 and it was clean
keep in mind though games will need to be updated again and data licenses too

Thats fine he just wants the drive to put more games on. He installs all his games and swaps hard drives out when he wants to play a particular game. I figure I dont need my old one anymore cause it wont work on the slim model so I offered it to him since he only has two 20 Gig drives.
