Topic: GameStop Issues/preorder

So this is interesting I got an email saying my local Gamestop store was closing which is lame been going there for about 6 years now. There is another store that is close which makes me understand why they are closing one of them. Here is the fun part I went in to see if they could give me the code for my preordered cyberpunk digital yet they told me all their preorders were transferred to the other store so I went to the other store and they cant find my order without the transaction receipt so i go back home and get the receipt and they still cant find the order and are refusing to give my money back I paid upfront the full amount. Right now they are not going to honor it. I asked them to call their district manager and he said what probably happened is it got lost in the shuffle from one store to the other and it should be fixed by Friday and if not they will give me a gift card. Anyone ever have something crazy like this? I Had originally bought it from Microsoft store but every time it got delayed they canceled my order and I decided I wanted the collectors edition guide so went ahead and ordered it from GameStop. Oh well what can you do.

So they still don't have any preorders from the store that is closing and they do not think they will until next week sometime It is hard to believe that they would do this with one of the biggest launches of the year at the last minute.
