Topic: crimson desert preload trouble

so I can't preload the game on any pc through the Xbox app I did a search and it seems lots of people are having the issue. for the Xbox I had to delete the 340 mb twice and then was able to get it to work by selecting update.

I’m having a similar issue on my Xbox X. I get the 340mb download but nothing has happened since. I’ve reached out to Xbox support and the advisor said a lot of people are experiencing issues.
I’ve tried uninstalling several times, even removing my account off my Xbox but nothing. It offers me to preload the 121gb but the 340mb appears in the queue and then it downloads that in a second and says it’s finished.
I’m just hoping I’ll at least be able to download the game once it goes live.

@Reging49 idk if this helps but here is how I got it to work on xbox. I deleted the 340 then reinstalled it only sled the 340. I then went to my games and apps by pressing Xbox button, see all, manage, updates and got it to install from there and it worked
