Poll: Which Game Are You Most Excited For At The Xbox Developer Direct?

As we head into the weekend here, there's no doubt that the biggest news of the week from an Xbox perspective has been the Developer Direct date reveal along with three confirmed games, and we want to know what intrigues you most!

We think the #1 game for many will be Fable, which obviously was revealed many years ago and we've still only seen snippets so far. This will be our first deep dive into the title, and there are some seriously high expectations going into it.

Fortunately, the development team seems hyped to be giving us an in-depth taste of the game:

Then, we've got a pretty much guaranteed success in Forza Horizon 6, which hasn't been revealed at all yet aside from a very uneventful teaser trailer. This will be our first glimpse at gameplay for FH6 which is very exciting, and although the gameplay is unlikely to be a radical departure, we can't wait to see what the map and overall visuals look like.

GameFreak's Beast of Reincarnation is the one that's perhaps going under the radar right now, but the Pokémon developer has a chance to make a huge impression here. Remember, Game of the Year winner Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 took this spot at Developer Direct 2025, so Xbox clearly has major belief that Beast of Reincarnation will impress people at the event on January 22nd — plus, it's a guaranteed day one Game Pass title!

And finally, there's the supposed "secret" fourth game that's being talked about right now. It's been suggested that a first-party Xbox studio is working on something smaller-scale for this reveal, but even if it's not a major AAA title, Developer Direct has a fantastic track history with surprises over the years.
