Topic: On then off

Bought an xbox one s on Facebook market for $60 and the guy said it only needs an hdmi port. Bought an hdmi port installed it and nothing 🤦🏻‍♂️ Google my problem and it said I needed a hdmi retimer. Got one and installed it, everything was working good then it just turned off and wouldn't turn back on... took the xbox apart and cant find anything wrong all my 12 volt rails are good and all my voltage points are on point with the voltage. So yes I have all 12v 5v 3.3v 1.8v and the 1v.. so i removed everything from the board and connected a new hd and the offline usb update from Microsoft and the xbox stayed on but no display again... took everything off again and now it just turns on for a few seconds then off... anything that I'm missing???
