@Ninfan Have you tried just signing in to the account that has the Gold Sub on the 360? Should work fine as it's the account that has the sub, not the console. I don't think you can use both at the same time with a single account though - so friend/sibling etc playing one, while you play the other.
I guess if you have a Series S already, you're likely playing non-backwards compatible or physical on 360 anyway so won't be an issue.
The one subscription, you used on the series s, spans across all generations. Just plug in the 360, sign-in with the gamertag and password you created, and Richard's your mother's brother.
