Topic: Trying to redeem v bucks cards error on account

Hi can anyone help please I am trying to redeem Fortnite v bucks cards but when I login to epic games it won't let me go through X box just comes up with error message about this is connected to another account is there anyway to rectify this please. When X box first setup up I must of skipped setting up epic games and went straight to playing. Is there anyway that I can do something to redeem cards and not lose my skins that I have already purchased in store with current username.

Oh no! I'm sorry, but I don't know if there is a solution.
My friend went through the exact same thing. If you have two accounts that you're playing on, but one of them has no purchases, you can still link them even if you've played hours and hours on it. But if you've bought skins on both accounts then they've already been registered as two different IDs in the Epic store and at that point it's too late to link them.

I've never heard it working before, but my recommendation is to try to get in touch with customer service, like a real person, not the automated service. Maybe there's a small chance that way. But I'm sorry. That really sucks.
