I think another problem facing this game is the 4 playable characters.
There aren't a ton of comic book games. DC has thousands of characters and they decided to build a game where you play as 1 A list character (Harley) and 3 B list characters. Then you take out several A list characters.
I think they would have had more success if they just changed the title to "Take down the justice league" and then gave you a wider roster of heroes and villains to play as.

I enjoyed the beta.
It is nice to have a decent enough Smash Bros. knock off on Xbox.
