@shiny-enzo "[Project Helix] can run all PC games and Xbox games, while the Steam Machine ironically can’t even run all Steam titles" <-- This is what holds me back from the Steam Machine. I can get behind the pricing due to rising hardware costs, but the hardware should be up to par. I couldn't imagine buying a new console at that price and not being able to play the current generation of games.
Looking forward to eventually picking this up. I did, however, find myself reinstalling Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham and Lego DC Super Villians from my backlog. Beyond Gotham is a blast!
Just as long as Fable doesn't end prior to an epic conclusion. I don't mind setting stories up for a sequel, but I dislike when a complete game has an unresolved ending because the expectation is the player will play the sequel.
I love what I'm seeing on here. Customized Game Pass is genius - I'd trade Fortnite Battle Pass for an included WoW subscription. The biggest one I would love to see is a family option. Any chance for me to let my kids put their wallets away and pull from my library is a bonus.
@ilyn I agree that an exclusive game subscription wouldn't seem like a great value to a player (I've missed out on a lot of the recent games), but I have found myself having fun with Fortnite with the included Season Passes that I would have passed on initially. At the same time, I know I always have to option to break from FN and try out new Game Pass games
One thing I've wanted for years (as an old Windows PC Destiny 2 player) is "Play Anywhere" to be the norm, and allow my two Windows (Xbox console/MicrosoftPC Games) libraries to combine. Depending on what's open in the house, I'll either pick up the Xbox controller or play on PC. Being able to have seamless saves is a blessing when having a big family that shares devices.
@jesse_dylan My thought was they would do this monthly for each Pixel Remaster, eventually landing around FFVII:Rebirth release for Xbox, and (possibly) releasing FFVII:Remake on GPU for a short term before Rebirth's release.

No pun intended, but that third picture is "triggering" me. I understand it's for custom mapping, but the reverse LT / RT is killing me! >.<

Re: With Project Helix On The Horizon, Xbox Is Now Letting You Add Games Manually On PC
So... if I have God of War on Steam, I can manually add it to my Xbox app and... Does that count as finally having PS games on Xbox?
Gotta run, Sony fun police are on their way to remove PS games from PC!

Re: Talking Point: What Should Xbox Call Its 'Project Helix' Console?
With previous confusion and misreading the "trend" room, it's easy -
Xbox 6-7
