What are you up to, Xbox? Playing GTA 6 perhaps? Possibly!
Xbox posted a picture last night that sent everyone into full detective mode. The picture in question depicts a lovely Halloween setup adorned with a pumpkin, pinecone, and a particularly lovely translucent Xbox Elite controller, BUT the main attraction is the game tile for Grand Theft Auto VI.
The tweet has accrued over 2.8 million views since being posted, and the overarching response is questioning whether Xbox is actually playing GTA 6 or not.
Some noticed the lack of the 'pre-ordered' text which would be where the 'Grand Theft Auto VI' text is, whilst others have even gone as far as to suspect that Xbox is the true leaker. Of course, it's all in jest, but there is something amusing about the sussy James Doakes investigating Xbox for leaking GTA 6 in response to the "GTA 6 Plays Best on PS5" marketing campaign.
Anyway, it's all just a bit of fun. However, GTA 6 exists, people! It is coming. Xbox may or may not be playing, but you certainly will be when November 19th comes around.
