Microsoft had had me sending console back to them 4 time inover a month because I sent in my console and they sent me back one that was scratched up dinged and had a piece of tape coming out the back of the unit then told me there going to send me a brand new one but kept sending me refurbished units that had dings and scratches all over it my original one that I sent them did not even have a scratch on it and wrapped the heck out of it in bubble wrap when sent it to them and I am sorry I would not except something I was sent that was sent to me physically damaged when I sent them one that had no physical damage but now they tell me that the 20 people that told me I deserve a new one and I will recieve a new one are all lying and that I can only get a refurbished one even though when I sent my in it was only 3 months old and it had power issues turning off while playing games randomly
