FSR and PSSR are basically Sony/ AMD joint projects that benefit one another. In fact it was originally thought that PSSR would be temporary and at which point it would just become FSR4+. So I'm willing to bet QSSR is pretty much the new in-development version of FSR4 due out early next year for Series X/ S and older GPUs as I believe that will also be ported to INT16 from PSSR and FSR4's current INT8. The only difference I believe will be that FSR4 for older hardware won't be a drop-in solution like on PS5.
