So, Microsoft is trying to push a handheld and streaming and your library following you etc. have they decided a way to "validate" licenses without internet connection or does the handheld require online connection (like the home console) to play game pass game. This is doable since the switch has been doing so since 2017 but it would be a departure for MS. I'd honestly love to know if they addressed this "issue" or biz model diff when making transition to handheld
