I need NBA Jam! Its still listed in the Xbox digital store, but unfortunately its not for sale. I really wish they would remove games from the store if you are no longer able to buy them. I've come across this issue on a few occasions...get all excited, ready to shell out the money and, nope sorry, thia game is no longer available for purchase! Really xbox? Just remove them if we can't buy them!
