Nintendo doesn't own the intellectual property of every animal ever created and because that isn't the case Nintendo hasn't been sued by the dragon quest devs

plus even if they did, which they don't, copyright law was originally only supposed to last for several years not forever into perpetuity
copyright law is supposed to encourage innovation not stifle it
@Tomato_Goose I am currently playing palworld until suicide squad kill the justice league... then it's gran blue fantasy relink and hell divers 2 until south park snow day releases and poe 2 in the summer... but the best game coming out this year to me is doke v releasing in q3 2024
it might surpass palworld in popularity you never know
palworld is great but Microsoft needs to look towards to future and to a game called Doke V releasing in q3 2024
