Xbox Summer Sale 2026 'Teaser' Now Live, 300+ Games Discounted

It's time to kick-off the Xbox Summer Sale 2026! This year's promotion has begun with a few days of exclusivity for Game Pass members, before the sale is blown open to all Xbox players in the near future - seemingly on July 15th.

Otherwise known as the Xbox "Ultimate Game Sale" 2026, this teaser version of the sale includes discounts for over 300 games, and we've picked out some of the most notable offers in the table down below. To see the full selection, head to the "Deals" section of the Microsoft Store on your Xbox console, and look for the "Ultimate Game Sale Teaser" button.

If it's not showing for you yet (it still isn't at the time of writing for us), XBDeals is a favoured source of ours for finding the latest Xbox discounts. DekuDeals is really good too, but doesn't seem to display Game Pass-exclusive discounts such as the ones in this teaser sale.

The other thing to keep in mind is that many more games are expected for the full version of the Summer Sale on the 15th, so this is just a taster of what's to come. If you're not seeing anything you're interested in, wait for next week!
