Over the weekend, we highlighted a bunch of games that are already confirmed for Xbox Game Pass in July 2026, and one of them is Mistfall Hunter - a new PvPvE extraction ARPG releasing on July 29th.

- Mistfall Hunter Open Beta (June 15 - June 22)
During this time, you'll be able to sample what appears to be most of the full game, and you'll get exclusive cosmetics in the final release for doing so. Just keep in mind that progress in the open beta will be wiped following its conclusion.
"This is an open beta. Once pre-download begins, Gyldhunters can download the test version from Steam, Xbox consoles and PC, or the PlayStation Store and join the test at any time. This is a data-wipe test. All in-game data will be deleted after the test ends. During this test, you can earn cosmetic rewards through special events that will carry over to the official release. Please note that you must use the same account to receive these rewards in the official release."

Mistfall Hunter (Open Beta June 15-22, Full Release July 29)
Mistfall Hunter is a dark fantasy extraction ARPG set in Weavereach, a shattered world where the gods have perished and the Gyldenmist sweeps the realm. As a Gyldhunter, venture into the heart of the corruption solo or with up to two companions, defeating twisted creatures for their spoils or hunting rival Gyldhunters for their loot. Just be careful: if you die, you lose everything. To secure a safe return to the Windrest, Gyldhunters must track down extraction opportunities hidden within the realm and ring the bell known as Soul of Return to escape. However, the Gyldenmist may conceal more than one way out.
