A few years ago, a developer by the name of Iván Ruiz Lozano published a Kickstarter campaign for a "Zelda-Like" game known as Elementallis, and it not only got funded in 24 hours, but ended up raising five times as much as it needed!

Flash forward to 2026, and Elementallis has just released across multiple platforms including Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. This is a top-down action adventure game that appears very reminiscent of the old Game Boy Zelda titles, in which you have to "harness and master elemental powers to fight enemies, solve puzzles, and explore a vast world filled with ancient temples."

It's launched for just £12.74 / $15.29, which includes a small discount for the first two weeks.

But is it any good? Well, to be honest we haven't come across many reviews for Elementallis yet, but the game has a "Positive" rating on Steam based on just 14 impressions (they're all positive), while there are a few YouTube reviews that all seem to have good things to say about it as well. You can watch one of them at the top of the article.

We're certainly very intrigued to give this one a try, especially considering the excellent price, and we'd love to hear from you if you've played it — is it worth the money in your opinion? Let us know down in the comments below.

We'll leave you with the official description for the game, along with some screenshots.

Top-down action-adventure with elemental magic gameplay. Guided by guilt, you embark on a journey to restore the elements in a dying world. Harness and master elemental powers to fight enemies, solve puzzles, and explore a vast world filled with ancient temples.
