As part of its latest Spotlight Showcase this week, the team at Capcom has announced that its upcoming action game Pragmata will now release a little earlier than previously planned.

Yep, instead of the prior release date of April 24th, Pragmata will now launch on Friday, April 17th. With the announcement that the title will release a week earlier than expected, Capcom has also given us a fresh Pragmata trailer, which you can check out up above.

"Check out the main trailer, showcasing previously unseen areas and the enemies you will face in the 3D printed lunar research station. Now available one full week earlier."

If you'd like to experience a little more than a fresh trailer in the run up to its new launch date, there's a free Pragmata demo now available on Xbox, and it's been live for some time now. We'll link to our coverage on the Pragmata Sketchbook Demo down below, which might be worth checking out ahead of the game's April release.

Capcom is certainly starting the year with a bang, then, with this one quickly following up last month's Resident Evil Requiem. Its latest survival horror game is off to an absolute blinder with more than five million copies sold already, and the team will be hoping that its new IP Pragmata can be a big success too.

Are you going to be playing Pragmata next month? Talk to us about it down in the comments!
