
One of the biggest reveals from The Game Awards last week was undoubtedly Star Wars: Fate of the Old Republic, despite rumours that the upcoming RPG won't be out until around 2030. Well, director Casey Hudson has now followed up on those rumours; reassuring fans that the game "will be out before then".
Taking to social media to quell these fears, Hudson mentioned that they're "not getting any younger" and that fans shouldn't worry about the "not till 2030 rumours". We'll throw said social media post down below:
Some of those rumours seem to have stemmed from a post by well-known journalist Jason Schreier, who theorised about this late last week; humorously adding that Fate of the Old Republic could be a PS7 game. Hudson is here to squash those doubts, then, and here's hoping the game sees the light of day on Xbox Series X|S rather than anything well into the future!
