Roundup: All The Xbox Reveals From Summer Game Fest 2025

Really looking forward to RE9. For me, they Summer Game Fest was bookended by two games that I particularly want (Mortal Shell 2 and RE9). Other than that, it was a pretty so-so effort with just a couple of highlights; Code Vein 2 is another one that I am looking forward too, as well as the Lies of P DLC (which I shall buy tomorrow) and Dying Light: The Beast, and of course Mindseye, which I already have on pre-order. Atomic Heart 2 looked pretty bonkers, so I must get round to playing the first game.

Other than those games, many that were mildly interesting, were to be found on Steam, which if Microsoft do take the (likely suicidal!) decision to add it to their next console, will mean that we may get access to them on a console too...

Honestly just Scott Pilgrim and Stranger than Heaven for me. Maybe Mixtape.

The Cube and RE 9 are the only thing that interests me.

Dying Light: The Beast is the only thing in the entire show on any platform that looks interesting to me.

Atomic Heart 2, The Cube, and Chrono Odyssey for me.

They launched Lies of P: Overture the same weekend as Switch 2! Plus I also just upgraded my PC with a brand new CPU/motherboard/RAM combo last night. Oh what an absolutely bonkers stacked weekend! And there’s still the Xbox showcase too!

RE9, Onimusha, Sonic Racing, Wuchang, and LEGO Worlds were worth the showcase. The rest, or most of them, not so much.
