Last year, EA Sports treated us to the return of College Football for the first time since the Xbox 360 era, and now the company has teased that it's doing the same thing with College Basketball - although details are yet to be revealed.
The company caused a stir after posting an image of an EA Sports-branded basketball on social media with the caption "bring the madness, let's run it back." Here's a look at the post that's getting all the attention:
This reveal feels particularly interesting because EA hasn't made a basketball game since NBA Live 19, meaning they're essentially starting from scratch with this project - a tough ask when NBA 2K is a formidable competitor.
We'll have to wait and see what comes of this, but we're definitely intrigued to see what EA Sports ends up delivering with College Basketball 25 (or whatever it ends up being called) when it launches presumably later this year. Stay tuned!
