Update: It's now been revealed as part of Summer Game Fest 2024 that Sonic X Shadow Generations will be releasing for Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S on October 25, 2024. In other words, the leak was correct!

Original story: It looks like a release date, box art and new screenshots for Sonic X Shadow Generations have potentially leaked ahead of Summer Game Fest.

According to 'billbil-kun' of Dealabs, this remastered title will apparently launch this October with the physical release expected to be priced at $49.99 USD for all platforms.

"Following new information we have just obtained, we confirm that the release date for Sonic X Shadow Generations is now set for October 25, 2024. In addition, the price of the physical edition of the game on PS5, Xbox One/Series X and Switch will be set at 49.99 US dollars."

It seems there's also a look at the game's box art courtesy of 'MysteryLupin' on social media. Alongside this you can see some extra goodies including a Robotnik journal and Sonic Adventure legacy skin. Last but not least are some new screenshots:
