The team behind Horizon Chase Turbo has announced a new Xbox launch window for its sequel; Horizon Chase 2. The retro racing series grew last year with a Switch and Epic Games Store release for Turbo's successor, and it'll soon be Xbox's turn.
All being well, Horizon Chase 2 will land on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S in Spring 2024. We don't have a more specific date than that just yet, but the team is indeed working away on a couple more console versions of its retro racer for next year.
The original game, which has been out on Xbox for a few years now, is a great little arcade racer. A throwback to the Outrun days, Horizon Chase Turbo is certainly inspired by the classics - and we're hoping for more of the same from this upcoming sequel!
Prior to its Xbox launch, Horizon Chase 2 has been getting some nice updates as well. The team has been showing off some of its Christmas-themed courses lately, which you can check out down below, and we've also seen lots of other themed events since the game's initial launch.
We're looking forward to checking out Horizon Chase 2 when it comes to Xbox - there's just a few months to wait until its Spring 2024 release!
