Xbox Reveals Full Gamescom 2023 Livestream Schedule

Honestly I'm most excited by the news of Turok 3 and Star Wars Dark Forces getting remastered by Nightdive. Killing Floor 3 is a welcome addition too. But they're not on the list for getting focus during the show.

No Halo Infinite again! Not that there’s too much to say with it being mid season.

Halo Infinite is getting some tremendous response from the greater gaming community right now though. So that’s super positive. I definitely fell Microsoft should be shouting about this game some more.

I’m looking forward to seeing more Jusant and the update on Sea of Thieves even though I do not currently play the latter.

Some interesting stuff there, but more behind the scenes stuff rather than extended gameplay of Hellblade 2 is extremely disappointing and potentially borderline useless. I like watching behind the scenes stuff... after I've watched a movie or played a game.

Still no news about State Of Decay 3 hmmm

Where's Gears of War 6 ???

@hypnotoad exactly. Probably next years June showcase i would hope. Still want the Gears of War 1-3 collection with unreal engine 5 and bring back all the servers for online play with PC added. Seems like a thing that should happen and had rumors of it being real and has fell silent. Starting to think the rumor was wrong.

Anything wlth Cities: Skylines have my attention

@somnambulance Gotta admit when I first saw the announcement for Jusant I thought it looked pretty mundane but when I saw some more gameplay I was sold! Absolutely no chance it’s getting played on release with what’s round the corner but looking forward to dipping in next year.

Hopefully everything is shown (and communicated to be) running on a series x.

Do we really need another behind the scenes for hellblade 2 though? It’s time they showed some genuine gameplay that isn’t limited to walking in a straight line. It’s been years now since gameplay was first shown

Lots to watch but I'm curious to see more about Towerborne on Friday, Stoic made The Banner Saga which was incredible, interested in what they're doing with this beat em up genre. From the little we've seen it looks like they've once again knocked it out of the park in the art department.

Interesting line-up of content, specially excited about Stalker 2. Regarding Hellblade 2 I genuinely hope it's not another "look at our motion capture rig" videos. Delve into storytelling, combat, music even?

@HonestHick I guess Gears of War 1-3 UE on UE5 is in the same heaven that the full RDR1 remake lives in. It is just a rumour constantly repeated by leakers and us fans wishing to manifest it into reality.

@ParsnipHero Probably Microsoft believes that this game cannot bring any new players into its install base and all the potential audience is already aware of it/playing it anyway. So no reason to give it a marketing push. Also, we still don't know what kind of numbers the game is brining in terms of player base.

@BrilliantBill we’re definitely on the up if social media is to be believed. A lot of big streamers are giving the game a try. It could be because it’s summer but numbers are definitely up.

Generally positivity is following the game around.

Don’t call it a comeback but the game isn’t dead in the ground any more.

@BrilliantBill yeah sadly i have to agree with you. There is no other reason to think otherwise. It’s a shame as RDR, Diablo and Gears of War are my 3 favorite franchises in the business. Those releases still have me feeling like a little kid during the Super NES years. When i opened a new Super NES game as a kid it was this feeling that not many words could describe. Diablo 4 was close to that for me this past 6. Not sure i have anything to look that forward to for a long ways away.
