THQ Nordic has announced today as part of its 2023 Showcase that we're getting a brand new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game on Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, and it's based around The Last Ronin!
For those who don't know, The Last Ronin was the name of a highly popular comic miniseries from 2020-2022 (that's soon getting a sequel), and this upcoming game will serve as the "official video game adaptation".
There's no date for this one yet, but we'll keep you in the loop. For now, here are more details:
"Who is the Last Ronin? In a future, battle-ravaged New York City, a lone surviving Turtle embarks on a seemingly hopeless mission seeking justice for the family he lost. From the minds of the creators of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and based on the best-selling comic book event by Eastman, Waltz, Bishop, Delgado, and the Escorza Brothers: the official video game adaptation of TMNT: The Last Ronin."
