Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Is Coming To Xbox One

For a moment I thought it was about Outlaws.

Bold, considering how poor the performance is in current gen, can’t imagine it running decently on last gen.

I’m still waiting for a price drop.

It performs like an xbox one game at best. Tbh, there are some moments in the game that look like it’s an original Xbox game.

Are there that many x1 gamers left who heart upgraded or even got a ps4?

I would prefer if they patch the current gen versions... I pre-ordered the game after reviews came out but returned it when I realized it was so poorly optimized (before opening it). Now I am waiting for a cheaper price

Most newer recent games that have be available on Xbox One in the last couple have years have really struggled to perform moderately well. I get games still coming out on the PS4 in a way because of the huge install base but why on the Xbox One? It's like publishers still feel obligated even though they know it won't run well and they won't put in any time optimising it or updating it later.

What a waste of time and efforts, work on current gen to make them work well and let the last gen die, it's time to move on for those who are still playing on xone.

I'm sorry, but if they think they can make an acceptable version of this game run on last gen hardware, there is no excuse to getting a solid 60fps mode out already.

Oh good. The five core Xbox fans who are still gaming primarily on the Xbone are being fed.

This doesn't even run well on new hardware. Might as well announce a Switch port at this point!

The only way this makes any sense is if this is actually about getting the game ready for the new Nintendo system that is supposed to come out next year, since it is rumored to have specs that are about the same as XB1/PS4

They should sort the performance out for the xbox series x 1st should be illegal to release a game with a performance like that

To be fair, part of the reason this runs at such a low internal resolution on current gen consoles is the forced RT. If there was a rasterization option, it would I bet it would run a lot better.

Since RT isn't an option on prior gen consoles, there is a chance those consoles get a decent 30 fps experience.

Okay, so where is the Switch version?

First, they remaster for more cash, and now, they demaster for more cash. Is there nothing the video game industry won't do?

Its predecessor is by far the worst-looking and worst-running game I had on One S, given all its issues on current gen as well, this is just Disney being greedy for those extra copies sold.
