We're definitely getting closer and closer to the unveiling of the White Xbox Elite Controller Series 2!
Earlier this month, a video appeared online showing someone unboxing the controller, and now Amazon Mexico might have accidentally revealed the release date too early — September 21st, 2022.
As you can see, the listing on the website has since been removed, which obviously isn't a surprise! The question remains as to whether that September 21st listing is legit, as we're only a few short weeks away.
If you're not interested in the Series 2, there have been rumblings that a Series 3 might be on the way in 2023 as well, although nothing concrete has surfaced about this as of yet.

Never saw the value of these to begin with so can't really be excited because different colour
The regular controller has proven perfectly capable for my gaming needs.
Standard controller with a CollectiveMind back buttons attachment is already perfect for me
They really need to either add the elite controller to design labs or drop a Series 3 that has customization options.
Wound up making mine like this because the offerings, even this rumored white one, are kinda boring looking. The controller itself is fantastic. Just wish there were more color options.
Not a fan of the “panda” look. The entirety of the front faceplate should be white.

I think the problem is, the black parts are rubber/silicone, And white rubber/silicone would look NASTY very quickly, either very dirty looking with hand oils, or yellowed and grimey looking. I don't think anyone would want white rubber/silicone grips on a controller. If you have any silicone white pot holders or trivets look how nasty/stained they are. Eww.

I just got an elite 2 a couple months ago. Sometimes I use the standard controller just to keep appreciating the elite. The joysticks are so... smooth and luxurious. Only way I can think to describe it. Couldn't go back to regular full time now, will be interested in a 3 if announced
