Marvel's Midnight Suns Has Been Hit With A Big Delay

If you thought we were out of delay season, think again. Developer Firaxis Games has announced the eagerly anticipated Marvel's Midnight Suns is being pushed back to the second half of 2022.

The game was originally intended to launch in March 2022, but it's now seeing a hefty delay which could see it coming out at the back end of the year.

According to a statement from creative director Jake Solomon and senior franchise producer Garth DeAngelis, the reason is to ensure the team has "more time to make the best game possible", resulting in "more story, cinematics and overall polish".

Games with 2022 release dates are already beginning to shift, with Elden Ring recently being pushed back a month. February is looking stacked, with the likes of Dying Light 2 and Saints Row also set to arrive in just three months' time, so we wouldn't be too surprised to hear of a few more setbacks over the coming weeks.
