After the huge announcement back in May that made every other game studio run for the hills, we finally have some "actual gameplay" for My Friend Peppa Pig!
The trailer makes an important point of ensuring viewers know this is actual gameplay footage, giving eager fans an idea of what sort of adventures Peppa and her friends will be going on. Perhaps most exciting of all is the prospect of being able to create your own character in the world, stepping into the role of Peppa's new best friend.
Ahead of its release on October 22, a Microsoft Store page has also revealed some extra details:
"Create and dress your character, ring Peppa’s doorbell, and begin a story that’s all up to you. Peppa suggests activities everywhere you go – help Daddy Pig find his glasses, follow the animal tracks in the Forest, splash in muddy puddles, and much more!
It’s just like being in an episode of the TV show, where all your favorite characters are excited to meet you. From the Beach to the Museum and even Potato City, every playtime is a new experience with your friend Peppa Pig."
While this obviously won't be for the hardcore gamers, we're willing to bet My Friend Peppa Pig will be a popular feature under the Christmas tree for kids this year. It will most likely be an easy 1000 gamerscore too for achievement hunters!
