You can now begin downloading the first batch of September 2021's Xbox Games With Gold titles (one day early!), which are the Xbox One game Warhammer: Chaosbane and Xbox 360 game Zone of the Enders HD Collection. Both titles are available right now from the Microsoft Store (links at the bottom of the page) or by searching manually on your console.
Here's what you can look forward to:
Warhammer: Chaosbane (September 1 - 30):
In a world ravaged by war and dominated by magic, you must rise up to face the Chaos hordes. Playing solo or with up to four in local or online co-op, choose a hero from four character classes and prepare for epic battles wielding some of the most powerful artefacts of the Old World.
Zone of the Enders HD Collection (September 1 - 15):
The HD remastering process has made Z.O.E. even more striking, re-igniting the thrills for long-time fans and blowing away those discovering the game for the first time. Either way, players will find a combination of hardcore gameplay and compelling story that has become all too rare in this day and age.
You can download both games from the following links over at the Microsoft Store:
- Warhammer: Chaosbane (September 1 - 30)
- Zone of the Enders HD Collection (September 1 - 15)
Will you be downloading either of these games later today? Let us know in the comments.

Typical I Just bought Chaosbane on My PS5 lol. Oh well that'll teach me lol. I do own an Xbox Series X so will download it on there as well, why not
Heads up! Chaosbane is the Xbox One version, not the Series X/S version with 4k/60. Huge difference! Nice game though!
@Sveakungen thanks. Saving me the download time.
Will skip them. Hope next month is a bit better.
Zone of the Enders turned out to be a decent game. Warhammer: Chaosbane on the other hand, characters are too small.
Downloaded Zone Of The Enders HD so will try that out, but I think I will give the other a miss...
Ooh. I've wanted to play ZoE since the PS2 era, but I never got to besides a demo.
In some regions ZOE is replaced with Hydrothunder. (Another reason to keep the PS3 around)
