Fingers Crossed, It Looks Like A New Tony Hawk's Game Is On The Cards

Last year's remake of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 was a fantastic return to form for a series that had been struggling for well over a decade, and it seems we might be getting another entry in the near future.

This is according to CKY drummer Jess Margera (thanks VGC), who told the Behind Closed Doors podcast recently that, in addition to appearing in an older Tony Hawk's game, he thinks the band will be featuring again.

"I believe we’re doing the new one coming out too."

It could be that Margera was referring to some kind of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 update, or the upcoming Nintendo Switch port, but he later went on to talk about that game in the interview as a separate product.

We wouldn't be surprised to see the Tony Hawk's series return with another entry, but with Vicarious Visions being merged into Blizzard Entertainment earlier this year, it seems a different developer would be taking the reigns. And the mystery remains as to whether it would be a brand-new entry or another remake of sorts.

Let's hope this is the real deal, and not just a bit of confusion by the drummer!

Would you like to see another Tony Hawk's game? Remake or new entry? Tell us below.
