Ahead of its upcoming inclusion into Xbox Game Pass, Dirt 5 is receiving a wealth of free and premium downloadable content on February 22nd.

The stunning racer is set to get a whole new wave of content that will no doubt keep fans busy over the coming months. New cars, events, playground options, and more will all be arriving next week.

The paid for DLC is known as the Energy Content Pack, which adds four new vehicles, 25 new events, and two new sponsors. Completing the events will also unlock an array of personalisation items such as “bespoke liveries, stickers, lanyards, and custom livery editor options”. Anyone who owns the Amplified Edition or Year One upgrade will gain access to the new content for free, whilst other players will find it available to purchase for £9.99 / $12.49.

As for the free content, Playgrounds is getting 20 new Junkyard customisation items, along with a brand-new Italy arena. Free livery options will also be available, as well as additional bug fixes and optimisations.

It’s definitely a lot of content and couldn’t come at a better time with its addition into Xbox Game Pass on February 25th. Dirt 5 is a stunner on the Xbox Series X, too, so it’s definitely worth checking out next week.
