The Division 2 Next-Gen Patch Arrives Next Week With 4K, 60FPS Support

In an extremely quiet reveal, it seems Tom Clancy's The Division 2 will be getting its next-gen patch next week on February 2, to coincide with the Resident Evil event arriving on the same day.

Community developer Johan delivered the news on Twitter, when a fan asked if a State of the Game presentation would be airing today. In response, Johan said 'no', but the next-gen upgrade will be arriving next week with "a rebalance of the Optimization Station cost, as well as 4K 60 FPS support for next gen consoles".

"TU12.1 releases on Feb 2nd with the Resident Evil Apparel Event, a rebalance of the Optimization Station cost as well as 4K 60 FPS support for next gen consoles."

There's been no official announcement from Ubisoft about this next-gen patch at the time of writing, so we're assuming we'll find out more specific details about what we can expect over the coming days.
