There were originally supposed to be two games arriving with Xbox Game Pass today, January 26th, but instead it's just the one (Cyber Shadow) as Project Winter has officially been delayed until February 4th, 2021.
The team behind the multiplayer social deception game revealed the news on Twitter, explaining that the discovery of new bugs was the reason, and that ultimately the studio wanted to "play it safe".
When it arrives, Project Winter will take the form of a 5-8 person online game in which players are stranded in the frozen wilderness and must call in an escape before they meet an untimely demise. Some of these players are randomly selected to be traitors, and it's the traitors' job to prevent the survivors from escaping by any means necessary.

This concept shows great premise. Hope it gets an enthousiast online player base.
Given the sizable rise in popularity of this kind of game over the last year, I'd be surprised if this didn't do well.
I know Microsoft ultimately doesn't care since it cares more about Game Pass than anything, but I expect it's popularity to mainly be on PC since it's releasing on both Xbox and PC. If it was an Xbox only title, games like this could surprisingly move some consoles given their popularity right now.
First time seeing this game and it looks great.
Hopefully with the GP access it can sustain a player base as it definitely shows potential. Maybe some PC/Xbox crossplay too.
