Activision has confirmed that a remaster of the first two Tony Hawk's Pro Skater games is coming to Xbox One on September 4th, 2020. The company made the reveal via Geoff Keighley's Summer Game Fest in a special event earlier today, and digital pre-orders are now available.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 and 2 will feature both iconic games rebuilt from the ground-up by Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy developer Vicarious Visions, which previously worked on numerous Tony Hawk's titles, primarily on handhelds such as the Game Boy Advance and Nintendo DS.

Drop back in with the most iconic skateboarding games ever made. Play Tony Hawk’s™ Pro Skater™ & Tony Hawk’s™ Pro Skater™ 2 in one epic collection, rebuilt from the ground up in incredible HD. All the pro skaters, levels and tricks are back and fully-remastered, plus more.

It's also been revealed that you'll be able to "take your sessions online and compete against players from around the world in multiplayer modes," and an upgraded create-a-park feature will allow you to download and upload parks to share with your friends. As for the soundtrack? "Many" of the songs from the original games will return.

If you want to pre-order the game, it's available right now over at the Microsoft Store website for £39.99/$39.99. Everyone who pre-orders digitally will get free access to a Warehouse Demo at some point prior to launch, and there's also a Deluxe Edition featuring retro content and ‘The Ripper’ character from Powell-Peralta.
