If you're fortunate enough to own an Xbox One X, you can take advantage of a boost in frame rate in today's release of Saints Row: The Third Remastered. This has been confirmed by Windows Central, which notes that you simply need to remove the frame rate lock in the display settings of the game.
Furthermore, VG Tech has already put together a frame rate comparison between the Xbox One and Xbox One X versions, showing that the latter tends to hover around the 60fps mark for the most part, but can drop as low as 43fps when lots of explosions are happening on screen.
Even so, the unlocked frame rate seems to do a pretty good job. Have you tried it yet on your Xbox One X? Let us know how you're getting on with Saints Row: The Third Remastered in the comments below.

I think saints row the third was the best installment in the series but still a bit over the top for me. Great to hear that they take advantage of the extra juice in Xbox one X though.
Still have my Sunset Overdrive X1, the upgrade to Series X will be pretty noticeable when I do. And this will be one of the games I get for it.
the game is super, I’m going through this part for the third time. It captivates that you lose track of time. The remaster is very high quality, I didn’t notice differences in the graphics between 30Fps and 60Fps. the drawing range looks the same. In both settings, the frame counter is kept at.
I really want to see the new part of the series. In the spirit of the third. Without any superpowers like in the fourth. With modern graphics with beautiful detailed characters.
