Topic: CrossCode (Game Pass) not launching on One X

Hi everybody, I think this my first post here.
I have an issue with CrossCode, which shows the splash screen upon start, but then goes back to the Xbox home screen without any error message or other popup.
I already re-downloaded the game and then continued to factory reset my Xbox, as that didn‘t work either. I did the reset that keeps my games, because I didn‘t want to have to re-download ALL my games.
Xbox support just told me to unplug my Xbox for a few minutes, and that I‘d have to send in my Xbox if that didn‘t work (which I really don‘t want to do).
CrossCode is the only game I have this problem with.
Any ideas what to try would be appreciated, thanks!

I'm having the same problem. Wondering if there are any solutions to fix this. Really wanted to try this game.

Same problem here... I really don't understand what's happening, normally there's at least an error message but the game just shut down without any explanation.

Wow. 8 days later and it's still not working. One of the sole reasons I even got the game pass was so that I could play CrossCode.
