There are sales but not quite as many as Steam. Definitely better than the eShop though. Games are what they are, all consoles have good and bad games. Xbox had an exclusives drought that is starting to recover, and those titles are also on Steam now.
@Vincent294@Tasuki yeah i just checked the xbox game prices on microsoft website and crash team racing nitro fueled is 13 euro where as on nintendo eshop the price is 30 euro, that's really good, only released 2 years ago.
The sales are good, and well worth keeping an eye on. CDKeys is another option for those items which may not be on sale (be especially aware of regions, but can often be circumvented via redeeming through website with a VPN (of the item is available or your own region)).
