Topic: Is this the Xbox Series X Screensaver?

Are those moving bars in the image below normal and everyone gets them on their TV if you let your Xbox Series X stay on without activity? When I was playing GTA 5 on my Xbox Series X on my Sony BRAVIA 9, I noticed giant vertical bars moving left and right after being inactive for several moments. Are these bars constant and can only be noticed when the screen is dim or they are just occurring when the screen dims along with the time popping up on the top left corner of the screen due to inactivity? Is this a normal screensaver effect when using the Xbox Series X to prevent TV burn-in or is my TV panel messed up?

Not a screen saver. Not sure what the technical term is but it is something to do with how the game is rendered and the FPS.

I see this quite often when running at 30fps on my OLED VRR
