Topic: HELP!

My grandson had a Xbox 1 for many years that his mom had set up for him. We bought him a Xbox series x for Christmas. He was able to transfer the old stuff he had downloaded over the years and paid for but can't open them because he doesn't have his moms log in information and she is the one that set it up originally. She is no longer in the picture and when we send an email to the account used at that time it bounces back. he has spent a lot of money for the games he has and can't afford to re-purchase. Any help would be appreciated.

@BossMare Unfortunately no one can help you here. If you can't get hold of the person who set up the original account then the only other way is to contact Microsoft. Either email them, or call them but they are the only ones that can help.
