I just returned my Xbox X. I am hearing impaired and wear hearing aids, and no, I don't wear my hearing aids with my headphones on because of the feedback. My problem with the Xbox X is there is no way that I know of to adjust the right and left volume. My left ear is my bad ear on my PC,I can adjust more volume to my left ear, which helps balance the sound out. On the Xbox X, all the sound comes out of the right side (In reality, it doesn't)because I can't adjust the sound more towards my left ear.
A friend and I spent three hours researching whether it is possible to adjust the sound balance more towards the left than the right, and what we found is you can't; Xbox even states that on their website you can't. The only solution we found was buying special equipment, which we didn't even know was compatible with the Xbox.
I hope I explained this correctly; any help would be appreciated.
I play BF6, and all my friends play on Xbox with cross-play turned off, which leaves me out because I play on PC.
