Topic: Nothing happens when trying to purchase from Xbox store?

Good morning.
Whenever I try to purchase from the Xbox store nothing seems to happen. No error messages, just goes back to the original Screen. So for example…
Click on game to buy
Enter password
Goes back to Xbox store screen with original game.
Same thing happens when I’m trying to use the voucher. No error messages or anything. Tried to contact Xbox who said they would email me with a solution but nothing. Hopefully someone can Guide me in the right direction.

@Evandel11 have you changed the address on your account lately?

I had same issue when I tried to do that. The Xbox just won't accept a payment when I update my billing address but for some reason will happily take my money if it thinks I live where I used to live

🤷‍♂️ Oh well, I've just left it as my old address, seems to work still
