Hello all. I'm a regular on NL, but just wanted to let you know I'll probably start visiting here more often.
With the prices on last gen games falling like bricks now that the Xbone/PS4 are out, I'm probably going to start (re)building my 360 collection. I sold my 360 games a few years ago when our original RROD'd, and surprisingly, my bro who isn't that into games got the cheap model (with no hard drive) a few months later just to play James Cameron's Avatar: the Game (he's a HUGE fan of the film), though I haven't yet rebuilt my library.
Probably won't get my first games until late this month or early next month, though.

@RR529 Welcome! Great to hear your going to be picking up a 360. With a huge back catalogue and no persistant online connection requirement it's a great console to invest in. If you need any advice on game to pick up while you were away then I'm sure our forumites can come up with creative suggestions
Actually, we already have the new 360 (my bro bought it a few months after the old one died), I just haven't yet started to (re)build my library.
I do have Red Dead Redemption (which my grandfather surprisingly got for me for Christmas a couple years ago), and though I loved it, I beat it early last year. (Was also gifted Dead Island, but I didn't care for that one)

Finally got my Xbox One set up last night! Have not logged onto my Xbox Account for nearly 3 years. Left M$ behind originally as I felt they were not giving gamers a voice but in recent years (Phil Spencer Era) things have turned around & I am very happy. I have managed to build up a nice collection including Halo, Sunset Overdrive and DR3. Even signed up to EA Access as I personally thing it is a bargain!

I have been out of the gaming scene for a few years now, but since I just recently purchased an Xbox One, I thought it might be time to try getting back into the community. I discovered this site as a result of the leaked screenshots for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan (currently my most anticipated game of this year), and I have been somewhat lurking here since. I wanted to avoid some of the more, shall we say, toxic communities to which I previously belonged, and this site really struck me as a nice, close-knit group.
I also figured that since I currently only own an Xbox One (though I have owned many other consoles previously over the years), it might be good to join an Xbox-focused community for a change. My most played game right now is probably Star Wars: Battlefront, which is actually one of the reasons I decided to purchase a new console in the first place. I have been on a Star Wars high for the past couple of years, and I have really been enjoying Battlefront so far. I am very much looking forward to all of the new content, as well.
In any case, I look forward to becoming a part of this community. It is nice to meet all of you.
