Topic: Help Logging In

Hello,

I hope someone can help me.

I have an Xbox id, I just use it to play solitaire, so I am not a serious gamer. It is quite fun to improve your solitaire rankings.
Anyway, I am no longer able to login. I must have entered the wrong password and that password is locked.
So I then tried a password reset. The system sends me a code to my email, I enter that code.
And then I have to get the system to send me another code, which it does, again to my email. But when I enter the second code it doesnt recognise the code that it sends me. I can progress no further.

There doesnt seem to be any help desk where I can contact them to help me.

Does the Xbox login affect my MS login in anyway does anyone know?

And does anyone know what I can do to once again login to my account?

You are going to have to contact Microsoft. This site cant really do anything since it's not affiliated with MS. Best of luck to you.
