Here's what we're playing over the next few days:

The week of Summer Game Fest is always a weird one from an editor / writer's perspective — they're ridiculously busy, so it's very easy to burn yourself out amidst the chaos, and therefore it's imperative that I get a bit of downtime on Saturday and Sunday where possible. With that in mind, I probably won't play as much as usual.
That said, I'm kidding myself if I think I won't be playing any Forza Horizon 6 and 007 First Light! Both of those games are still priorities right now, and I switch between them depending on how much of the weekly Festival Playlist I've managed to complete on FH6. I've got until next Thursday until the Winter Playlist is over, so there's still time.
I'm also dabbling just a little bit into Mina The Hollower. I never played Shovel Knight back in the day, and honestly I'm not sure Mina is my kind of game, but I wanted to give it a try. It's the best-rated game of 2026 on Metacritic after all!
